Telehealth Platform & Practice Management System

Mynder — Telehealth & Mental Health Practice Management Platform

Mynder is an enterprise-grade mental health and telehealth platform engineered to connect clients with licensed providers for secure therapy sessions and digital practice management. The platform features a 6-layer modular domain architecture providing multi-step onboarding pipelines for clients and clinicians, dynamic provider availability rules, and automated slot scheduling. The backend integrates Stripe-hosted checkout sessions with raw cryptographic webhook verification for automated payment settlement, invoice creation, and provider payout distribution. Real-time capabilities include bidirectional messaging with delivery/read ticks powered by Socket.IO, accompanied by a dual-channel notification engine and automated Node-cron appointment reminders with dynamic HTML email dispatch. Additionally, the system provides clinical SOAP documentation tools, administrator-configurable dynamic intake form fields, and administrative oversight analytics.
